ASARS Constructions a une nouvelle fois démontré son savoir-faire face à la grande concurrence internationale. Le résultat de cette victoire parle de soi : 85% des 28 logements ont été réservés dans les premiers jours après la proclamation des résultats du concours. Des panneaux solaires et la ventilation contrôlée font partie intégrante du projet afin de répondre aux sévères critères énergétiques.
Le Plateau de Kirchberg, à peine distant d'un kilomètre à vol d'oiseau du centre ville. Favoriser la mixité urbaine en implantant des institutions culturelles, des logements et du commerce sur le Plateau : Tel est l'objectif du Fonds d'Aménagement de Kirchberg.
ASARS Constructions has once again shown its expertise while facing a broad international competition. The result of this triumph speaks for itself: 85% of 28 apartments in total were reserved during the first few days after the announcement of the competition results. Solar panels and controlled ventilation system are integral part of the project and both serve to sustain strict energy requirements.
The project is located on the Kirchberg plateau, less than a kilometer from the Luxembourg City center. The objective of “Fond for development of Kirchberg” is to encourage the urban diversity by establishing cultural institutions, commercial and residential areas.
